Our Story

We didn't start as travel agents. We started as travelers.

Between the two of us, we've explored destinations across multiple continents, sailed on rivers through the French countryside, wandered the streets of European capitals, and experienced firsthand what separates a forgettable trip from one that stays with you for life. That passion for travel — and for doing it right — is what eventually led us to launch our Dream Vacations franchise under Karabinos, Rojas & Associates.

Mike and his wife Cindy and Andres and his wife Tammy share a genuine love of connecting people with places that move them. Together, the four of us have built a practice rooted in honesty, personalization, and deep product knowledge — not just brochure-level familiarity.

Our hosted voyages are a natural extension of who we are. When we travel with our clients, we're not just tour guides — we're fellow travelers who happen to know the ship, the ports, and how to make every moment count. We've personally sailed Riviera river cruises, explored the coastlines of Croatia and Ireland, wandered all over Italy, and beyond. We book what we know, and we travel what we sell.

Our group contracts with luxury and ultra-luxury brands such as Explora Journeys, Riviera, and others may offer rates you will not typically find by booking direct or through a general travel site.

We'll be sailing aboard Explora III — one of the newest ships at sea — on her inaugural August season, departing Lisbon on August 10 and finishing in Southampton eight days later. The itinerary winds through some of the most captivating corners of the Iberian Peninsula and Atlantic Coast, with stops along the Spanish coastline, the wine estates of Bordeaux's Pauillac region, and the charming Basque fishing villages of the French Atlantic coast.
